In-person Proceedings
When it's time to conduct an examination for discovery, we will attend at your office or any location of your choosing.

Areas served in person: Lower Mainland including Vancouver, Surrey, Langley, Coquitlam/Tri-Cities, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, Chilliwack. All other areas upon request/availability.

No boardroom at your office? No problem. Boardroom rental options available.
Virtual Proceedings
There is no additional fee for having us host your virtual proceeding. All virtual proceedings will be conducted over Zoom with simple log-in procedures. If there are any exhibits to be entered, they will be marked digitally and returned to examining counsel.
Transcript Management
All proceedings are taken down in machine shorthand and thereafter transcribed. When ordered, all transcripts will be delivered electronically via secure link. When requested, the original and/or one standard hard copy will be delivered at standard shipping rates.
With decades of experience, we are capable of handling complex terminology and understand the responsibility of transcribing every word accurately.
